About ACT
The ACT (American College Testing) is a standardized test used for college admissions in the United States. It was first introduced in November 1959 as a competitor to the SAT. It has now gained wide spread popularity in the market due to its student friendly format and receptiveness.
ACT Test Format:

You’ll earn one ACT score (1 to 36) on each test (English, Math, Reading and Science) and a composite ACT score, which is an average of English, Math and Reading tests scores, rounded to the nearest whole number.
The ACT is offered seven times a year in the United States – February, April, June, July, September, October, December
